Picadillo is one of my favorite uses for Ground Beef. It's so fast to do too! Even though my Husband is from Mexico, we prefer the Cuban version best without the potatoes but adding in olives & raisins. It's a flavor explosion and delight.
Trust me on this, add some raisins
