I’m diving into a spicy Chilli Jackfruit Thali that’s bursting with bold flavors and desi heat! 💥

• To a Pressure Cooker Add chopped Raw Jackfruit with Ginger Garlic Paste and cook under 2 Whistles.
• To a Blender add Onion,Garlic,Ginger,Red Chilli, Kashmiri Chilli and Blend it to a Smooth Paste.
• In a Mixing Bowl add Cooked Jackfruit and Blended Paste while mixing add Rice Flour,Maida and Salt
• To a Hot Oil deep fry the Masala coated Jackfruit and Enjoy as Starters or Snacks
