Juicy, SWEET CHILLI SRIRACHA LIME SKEWERS 🍗🌶️🍋
Made in the air fryer in UNDER 30 minutes and honestly… they taste unreal!

Recipe below
Ingredients – makes 5-6 skewers
1kg Chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tsp All purpose seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder or to taste
1/2 tsp White pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp Garlic paste, or minced
1 tsp Ginger paste, or finely grated
100ml Sriracha sauce
50ml Sweet chilli sauce
Zest of a whole lime
Juice of half a lime
1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
Garnish – Chives or spring onion greens, finely chopped/sliced
*wooden skewers – soaked for 30 minutes
Method
Step 1 – In a bowl, add the chicken pieces and all of the ingredients listed for the chicken. Mix well and let it marinate for at least an hour.
Step 2 – Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. I add 7- 8 pieces on each skewer.
Step 3 – Set the air fryer to 190c. Place in the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4 – Transfer to a plate and garnish with chives/spring onion greens. Enjoy in a rice bowl or with your favourites!
