I picked this up at a hot sauce tasting booth in Naples, Florida. It has a delicious flavor as well as hitting the heat spot just right, for me. The maker claims 2.2 to 2.6 million Scoville units. It's pricey, $12 / 5oz bottle at the store, $15 plus shipping online, but it's so delicious, chunks & bits of the peppers as well as plenty of seeds. I'm really sad about how quickly it is disappearing on only day two, considering the price. I don't think it's going to make it into my regular rotation, for just that reason, but it's been fun.
