Got gifted a bottle of their Carolina reaper and it’s pretty good! It’s not nearly as hot as they claim, but it’s still got a nice, decent burn, and the flavor is pretty good too! Tangy and smoky, with this almost “blackened” flavor (in a good way!) from the addition of roasted red peppers.
