500g boneless chicken
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbs soya sauce
1 egg white
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/3 cup cornflour
oil for frying chicken
Ingredients for Sauce :-
1/2 cup water
2 tbs soya sauce
1 tbs tomato ketchup
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbs chilli sauce
4 tbs tomato paste
1 tbs cornflour
Ingredients for Preparation:-
2 -3 tbs oil
1.5 tbs chopped garlic
4 green chillies
4 dry red chillies
3 tbs white part of spring onion
2-3 tbs green part of spring onion
