INGREDIENTS
🧀 Marination
• Paneer – 250g
• Cornflour – 3 tbsp
• Maida – 2 tbsp
• Kashmiri chilli – 1 tsp
• Spicy chilli – ½ tsp
• Turmeric – ¼ tsp
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Curd – 2 tbsp
• Salt + lemon juice
👉 Little water for thick coating

• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Garlic, curry leaves, green chillies
• Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
• Ketchup – 1 tbsp
• Curd (optional)
• Pepper + salt

🔪 METHOD
1️⃣ Marinate
Mix all ingredients → coat paneer
Rest 10 mins

2️⃣ Fry 🔥
Deep fry till golden & crispy
👉 Don’t over fry

3️⃣ Tempering
Oil → garlic + curry leaves + green chillies

4️⃣ Sauce
Add chilli sauce + ketchup
(Optional curd) + pepper

5️⃣ Toss
Add fried paneer → high flame toss
👉 Dry, coated texture

6️⃣ Serve
Garnish & serve hot 🔥
