🌶️ New Dumdar Pepper Mutton Masala Recipe

🥩 Ingredients
Mutton – ½ kg
Onion – 300 g (sliced)
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 4 tbsp
Khada garam masala – (bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom)
🍳 Cooking Method
Step 1 – Fry Masala
Heat oil in a pressure cooker or kadai.
Add khada garam masala and fry for 30 seconds.
Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown.
Step 2 – Add Ginger Garlic
Add ginger garlic paste and fry until raw smell disappears.
Step 3 – Add Mutton
Add mutton and fry on high flame for 5–7 minutes until color changes.
Step 4 – Add Spices
Add:
Salt
Red chilli powder
Kashmiri chilli powder
Black pepper powder
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5 – Dum Cooking
Add ½ cup water, mix, close lid.
Pressure cook 4–5 whistles.
Open and cook on low flame 10 minutes until oil separates.
