I’m rather “new” in expanding my hot sauce game and especially this sauce. But yall, I gotta say….Among the sauces I’d place in the easily accessible category, this one, especially on eggs, is fantastic. The flavor combo just works for me. Probably not news to most of you.
My diet, if you wanna call it that, calls for me to eat boiled eggs more than I wanna. And yeah, lotta jokes could be made here. This sauce has made me look forward to breakfast again.

I love that one. It’s my favorite of the new El Yucateco sauces. Has an almost citrusy flavor to it.
