I had a bottle of tabasco that kept separating so I made thick tabasco

I stored the tabasco upside down overnight until the vinegar layer formed in the neck, then keeping it upside down (careful not to disturb the separation), opened it over the sink and gently tapped the mouth of the bottle until the vinegar layer drained.

the thicker tabasco has a consistency that adheres to food much better. it's basically what I've always wanted tabasco to be.
