High protein spaghetti

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2):
• 🍝 150g Urban Platter high-protein spaghetti
• 🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
• 🧄 4–5 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 🧅 1 small onion (chopped)
• 🍅 1 cup tomato puree
• 🧀 ½ cup paneer
• 🌿 4–5 basil leaves
• 🍄 ½ cup mushrooms (sliced)
• 🫑 ½ cup bell peppers (chopped)
• 🥕 ¼ cup carrot (chopped)
• 🥦 ¼ cup broccoli
• 🍶 2 tbsp tomato sauce
• 🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste
• 🌿 ½ tsp oregano
• ❄️ 2–3 ice cubes

👩‍🍳 Steps:
1️⃣ Heat ½ tbsp olive oil, sauté chopped garlic and onion. Add tomato puree, basil leaves, salt, black pepper and oregano. Cook for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Blend this mixture with paneer and ice cubes to form a creamy high-protein sauce.
3️⃣ Boil spaghetti as per instructions and drain.
4️⃣ In a pan, heat remaining oil and sauté mushrooms, bell peppers, carrot and broccoli. Add tomato sauce, salt and black pepper.
5️⃣ Add boiled spaghetti and prepared sauce, toss well. Cook for 2–3 minutes and serve hot 🔥✨

How you select pasta influences how healthy it is… Like it's up to one to see how many options are there… From rava to atta pasta there are lot… N not to mention she has used some veggies you can use any veggies except mushy ones like brinjal 😂… So it's very kid friendly anyone can eat it how you customise

  2. Pasta ka to pata nahi but itna sara jo refined oil use kiya hai vo bahut unhealthy hai . Bacche ki kidney ,liver itna strong n hota madam.

  3. I also give pasta to my baby the same way. I use millet pasta
    I make sauce with red and yellow bell pepper, tomatos, garlic, carrots and paneer
    And I put lots of veggies broccoli and mushroom to chew

Let me tell u guyz bhaut seedha seedha….pasta was never unhealthy…iltay an all mai dekha hai…log itta khaate h pr ekdm fit…even the elderly people .. kyuki waha sb fresh ingredients aur healthy cheezo se banta h…india mai usse taste ki wajah se modify Krna pda aur isliye wo unhealthy hogya …aur ye bhi chodho…aapka daily indian khana daal chawal roti mai bhar bhar kai carbs hai….tond nikaal kai bina logic k baat krne chale aate h…ki ooo 'humara india khana to best hai'… BEST THAAAA….ab ni

  7. Why is maida so bad? Because of low fiber??? Just eat some veggies or meat with the meal….people just watch some dumb fitness influencer and suddenly everyone is a nutritionist……
