Recipe:-

1.Make a soft dough using maida, salt, ajwain , refined oil 2 tbsp & water

2.For potato stuff
2 boiled potatoes
1 tbsp cornflour
Haldi 1 tbsp,garam masala 1 tbsp, salt 1tbsp and 1 tbsp red chilli powder,1 tbsp dhaniya powder mix all the ingredients well
3. Make a roti and put potato stuff on it and cover it
4. Cut and mould the roti as shown in the video
5. Fry it in medium heat oil and serve it with chutney or ketchup 😉
