What is your avoid at all costs hot sauce(s) and why?
This has to be it for me. I'd rather have just coated my chicken wings in water. Way too runny. No hint of mango, just sugar, and void of any semblance of heat. Absolutely gross. Fucking terrible. I'm neverr going to consider lolas again.

I know this might not be a popular take but I don’t like mango hot sauces period. Think they all taste weird. They’re all just sweet and hot and those two things can go together but they never go together right in a mango hot sauce.
**Edit:** For Lola’s specifically I found the jalapeno sauce on sale for $2 and I thought it was good for $2 but wouldn’t buy it if it wasn’t on sale.

Hot take incoming, but I really don’t like apple cider vinegar. Every so often I give it a go with a new hot sauce and every time I can always taste it really strongly. I feel like such a hot sauce nerd, but the more you try the more you learn your own preferences. I can scan an ingredient list and know pretty accurately if I’ll like it or not
I really don’t like Cholula, it honestly just tastes like vinegar and water with a quarter of a pepper added imo.
