2 Chicken breast (cut in half)
1/3 cup Butter (salted)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 dash Salt
1 dash Black pepper
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Olive oil (for frying)

Sauce:
1/4 cup Sweet red chilli sauce by Thai Kitchen
1/2 Lime (juiced)
1/2 tsp Lime zest
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Sriracha

Instructions
– Cut your chicken in half
– Season with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
– In a large pan, heat up some olive oil.
– Cook for 4-5 min on each side on med/high heat.
– Lower heat to med/low and melt butter and add minced garlic. Let garlic infuse (1min)
– Spoon butter over chicken for 1min.
– Remove from heat and set aside.
– In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, lime juice, lime zest, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha (if using) until well combined.
– Serve chicken over a bed of jasmine rice and top with pan drippings and sweet chili lime sauce.
– Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
