For the Onion Masala (Filling)

Oil: 2 tablespoons [01:37]

Onions: 4-5 medium-sized (thickly sliced) [01:44]

Green Chilies: 3-4 (finely chopped) [02:00]

Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon [02:12]

Turmeric Powder: 1/4 teaspoon [02:23]

Red Chili Powder: 1 tablespoon [02:23]

Coriander Powder: 1 tablespoon [02:29]

Roasted Cumin Powder: 1/2 teaspoon [02:29]

Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 teaspoon [02:29]

Salt: 3/4 teaspoon (or to taste) [02:40]

Water: 1-2 tablespoons (for cooking spices) [02:52]

Fresh Coriander: Finely chopped [03:14]

Eggs: 6 boiled eggs (cut in half) [03:31]

For the Flaky Layers (Slurry)

Melted Ghee (or Oil/Dalda): 3-4 tablespoons [04:24]

Cornflour (or Maida): 4 tablespoons [04:35]

Dry Flour: For dusting while rolling [05:10]

  2. Hi mam,can you tell me what your cupsize is? Is it 240 ml or 250 ml?
    I want to know exact how much flour in grams you had used,because i didn't got the same result in rolling the dough.
    Mine was smaller because you said it shouldn't be thin.
