I’m sure most of you have vacationed somewhere in Turkey. This is a dish everyone should try. Simple, delicious, and quick. I love grilling it, but this time I’ll show you how to simply cook it in the oven. The dish turned out juicy and flavorful. Today, we’re making a delicious kebab, perfect for any meal. This cooking video shows you how to make kebabs at home with ease. Follow along for a simple kebab recipe that’s great for the grill, or even an air fryer kebab!
Ingredients:
• 800 g minced meat (1.75 lb)
• 1 egg
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 glass of breadcrumbs
• Salt, ground black pepper
• 1 tsp coriander
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• 1 onion
• 1 bell pepper
• Fresh parsley.
Tomato sauce:
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Provencal herbs.

Ich könnte mir vorstellen , das Fleisch einfach in Röllchen zu formen , in der Pfanne langsam zu braten , mit der Soße abwechselnd ( während des bratens ) auf beiden Seiten zu bestreichen …..und dafür die Holzspieße einfach weglassen !!!??? Eine Alternative zu sinnloser Verschwendung , oder ???? Für mich als Deutscher….., ist das einfach nur eine „ längliche Frikadelle“ ☹️

Is it beef minced
So I tried it but I run in difficulties in the end. I prepared the skewers as seen in the video, half beef and half pork. Only half of onions and red bell pepper. It was easy to roll the meat and add the skewers. Placed it in the fridge over night. Today was the BBQ. When my husband, carefully, took them of the plate, they disintegrated and the skewer pulled out over the length.
What was wrong? They have been very soaked. Yesterday I feared this and already added more bread crumbs. Any ideas out there?
It was not a total loss because I formed patties and they went on the grill
