“Tortilla”:
✰ 16 oz ground chicken breast
– garlic powder, onion powder, taco seasoning, salt and pepper
✰ 2 eggs
✰ 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese for filling + 3 tbsp to top

Toppings:
✰ “spicy ranch”: 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning
✰ 1/2 cup pico de gallo
✰ 1/3 cup guacamole
✰ handful lettuce

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Add seasonings, eggs, and half of cheese to chicken and combine.
3. On a lined baking sheet, spread chicken into 6, thin circles (you may need to use 2 sheets if one is not big enough).
4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of “tortillas,” press it on, then bake for about 12-15 minutes or until internal temp is 165F (do not over bake or they will become dry).
5. Add toppings to tacos and enjoy!

Makes 6 tacos (macros per taco)

  1. You can get the taste you want and a handy option for making tacos or pizza or sandwiches. I just need to find a way to make them thinner

  2. Its too big. IMO Look super delicious definitely.

    Maybe cut them up into triangles like tortillas chips.

    N dip into things.

    Again IMO.

    But idea is great
