FOR MARINATION

1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
3-4 Tbsp Besan

FOR ONION PASTE
3 Onions
3 Tbsp Curd

FOR TOMATO PASTE

3 Tomatoes
1 Inch Ginger
3 Green Chillies
7-8 Garlic Cloves

FOR FRYING & COOKING

1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
3 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
3 Green Chillies ( Slit )
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Kewra Water

WHOLE SPICES

2 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
3 Green Cardamoms
7-8 Black Peppercorns

  4. everything is fine but try with less oil.. it still taste good.. health over taste always

  5. 20 mins – the soya chunks will get soggy and too soft. I have tried myself. That cannot be 20 mins.

  6. Main Varanasi se hu .Aj dinner main maine is sabji ko banaya tha bahut hi teasty, shandar bani thi .Ap sab bhi jarur try karen 🎉🎉

  7. इसी हिसाब से बनाए तो 2 घंटे से कम ni लग रहा हे अपने को जल्दी वाला चाहिए
