Ema Datshi:

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons oil
3-5 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
4-5 green chillies, slit
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup vegan cheese

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
