

I got a meal at Taco Bell recently, and it was absolutely a disaster. My crunch wrap was basically two tortillas, my burrito had a hair in it, and my sauces were missing.
This was an app order, and the manager told me to report it on the app to get the refund. I’ve reported it twice, and nothing. It’s been a month.
Any advice? I’m petty and don’t let things go. I paid for food, and I expected that food. And I never let big organizations get away with taking money from little fish like me 🤣

I get an immediate refund on the app if I report a problem. Not sure what’s going on with your app

I’ve had to do more than one chargeback because Taco Bell support is non responsive or just tries to give me a coupon for one free item
