3lbs 85/15 Ground Beef
1lbs Breakfast Sausage
2 Onions Diced
3 Cloves of Garlic
3 Jalapenos Diced
Chili Seasoning as follows
2 Poblanos Roasted and Diced
100g Chipotles in Adobo
1 28oz Can of Crushed Tomatoes
1 28oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 6oz Can Tomato Paste
1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
3 15.5 oz Cans of Chili Beans
Chili Seasoning
3 Tbs or 21g Chili Powder
2 Tbs or 15g Ground Cumin
1 Tbs or 18g Kosher Salt
1 Tbs or 7g Granulated Garlic
1 Tbs or 7g Granulated Onion
1 Tbs or 3g Mexican Oregano
1 tsp or 3g Cayenne Pepper
Optional 1 Tbs or 7g of Smoked Paprika
