Ingredients

8–10 green chilies / red chilies
2 onions (finely chopped)
4 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Curry leaves (optional)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder

Method:

Wash and chop the chilies.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
Add chopped garlic and onions, sauté until golden.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add chopped chilies and all spices.
Cook for 5–7 minutes until oil separates.
Let it cool slightly and serve.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve with roti, paratha, dal-rice, or snacks.
