It's kimbop I believe a Korean meal based around leftovers from my understanding and they spoon it into seaweed strip, my friend is big into Korean culture and Kpop so I have gotten into following a few Korean creators on here watching them make kimchi and kimbop and other things or some Korean office workers showing their work cafeteria lunches very interesting love learning about cultures through food
I made taco meat on Monday and added spinach with my lettuce, I also used pork instead of the beef. I'm a decent "follow the recipe" cook, so my creativity is low, but it's good for several days of lunch for me! Always fun to find different things to make and eat.

Is it super hot, though?
Looks great
That looks good!
Is it very spicy?🤔
Bet it would be good with some nori…

Might be good to dip other foods in too! Or a mini wrap!

I gotta try that.

😋 easy & tasty. Thanks!😀🌷
I grew up in Long Beach Washington and seaweed/Nori..tastes like how the sea smells. When the tide comes in it brings stinky foam and lose seaweed. 🤮
I would put salmon in it instead of tuna😊
You could make hot sushi/california roll with this!
