Pepper seedlings are about 3 weeks now from planting, probably about 2 weeks from germinating (on average). They are in small plugs. Do I cull them now to 1/plug? Do I try to separate them now and up-pot them into larger (4inch pots)? or Do I let them ride as is and up-pot them into 4 inch pots as a full plug? OR! Do I let them go in these plugs a bit longer?
For size comparison I think the plugs are about 2" by 2" so these are about 2" tall (aprox).
Also, do they seem like they need more light (closer?). I was gone for about 1.5 weeks, so basically just added water, light, fan, and left and came back to this.
