🍜 **Chilli Paneer Maggi Recipe**

**Ingredients:**
* 2 packets Maggi noodles
* 4 glasses water
* 1 tablespoon ghee
* 4–5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
* 2 green onions (white part, chopped)
* 1 medium onion (roughly chopped)
* 1 capsicum (cut into cubes)
* 1–2 green chilies (chopped)
* Β½ teaspoon black pepper
* Salt to taste
* 1 tablespoon chili sauce
* ΒΌ teaspoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon ketchup
* Maggi masala (from both packets)
* Β½ cup water
* 100–150 gm paneer (cubed)
* Green onion (for garnish)
* Optional: 1 teaspoon butter

**Instructions:**
1. First, boil 4 glasses of water in a pan.
2. Break the Maggi noodles into 2 parts and add them to the boiling water. Cook while stirring with a fork.
3. Once cooked, strain the water and add 1 tablespoon ghee to the noodles. Keep aside.
4. Heat ghee in another pan. Add chopped garlic and sautΓ© for a few seconds.
5. Add chopped green onion (white part), onion, capsicum, and green chilies. SautΓ© well.
6. Add black pepper and salt as per taste. Mix well.
7. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, and ketchup. Stir properly.
8. Add Maggi masala and Β½ cup water. Cook until the gravy becomes slightly thick.
9. Add paneer cubes and mix gently.
10. Now add the boiled Maggi noodles and mix everything well. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
11. Garnish with green onions. Add a little butter on top if desired for extra taste.
