I don’t know if this is authentic for fish tacos, but it tastes good… yesterday I posted the blue corn tortillas that I made from scratch (from dried blue corn kernels). Today I made fish tacos… I bought 18 fresh white perch just to get free delivery on my order 🤦🏻♀️.
