one of my (lemon) jalepeno plants is going crazy with the side branches… even growing 2 in the bottom already (pic 2)

is this normal?? all of my pepperplants have little buds in the corners at this point. but this one has already made branches in every corner and is even growing dubbel branches in some corners….

I feel like this could be a good thing but I'm not too sure haha.
