🧾 Ingredients:
* 1 cup Daliya (broken wheat)
* 2–3 cups Water
* 2–3 tbsp Oil
* 1 tsp Jeera
* 1 Onion (chopped)
* 1 Green chili (chopped)
* 1 Carrot (chopped)
* 1 Capsicum (chopped)
* 1 Tomato (chopped)
* ½ tsp Haldi
* 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
* ½ tsp Red chilli powder
* Salt to taste
* ½ cup Soya chunks (boiled)
* Fresh coriander
* Lemon juice (optional)

👩🍳 Procedure:
1. Daliya ko boil karein jab tak achhe se cook na ho jaye.
2. Strain karke pani se wash kar lein.
3. Kadhai mein oil garam karein, jeera daalein.
4. Onion aur green chili daal kar sauté karein.
5. Sabhi vegetables daal kar achhe se fry karein.
6. Spices aur salt daal kar cook karein jab tak veggies soft ho jayein.
7. Boiled soya chunks add karein.
8. Cooked daliya daal kar mix karein.
9. Coriander aur lemon juice se garnish karein.
