Can I Help Him Somehow?

Picked up this little guy at the local greenhouse before they discarded him. A seven inch Cayenne. Should I try tying to a stake and applying a bit of upright pressure? Should I prune at #2 & #3 or at #1? (See photos) Or should I leave him alone and hope for the best? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

No need for any pruning in peppers, they branch out naturally as you can see in your pic with rhe y going into two branches. Unless you are in a hot climate all year round pruning is not need. You can stake it it wont hurt but leaves will follow the light just dont overwater as it can create that same droopy effect as overwatering
