Is it overwatering or possibly transplant chock?
I transplanted them a week ago and have since then only watered once, which was yesterday. The leaves started yellowing before that though.

If there’s good new growth and the plant looks generally healthy, I wouldn’t be worried about this. It’s quite common for lower leaves to die back in favour of new ones as the plant grows.
