Are you new to the kitchen? I’m a newly stay at home wife on my journey to conquering the kitchen. Today we’re tackling these super easy green chili chicken enchi-ritos! Think burrito but smothered like an enchilada! We’re starting off by taking our shredded chicken [ that I quickly cooked in the air fryer ] and mixing it with 1 block of cream cheese. Once mixed, add half a can of las palmas green chili enchilada sauce – this is the brand I highly recommend if you’re using canned salsas for enchiladas. Mix well & add your seasonings like salt, pepper, paprika, onion & garlic powder, & cumin. Give it one final mix & set aside. To prepare our sheet, I sprayed with cooking spray & then poured a 1/4 of our enchilada sauce into our pan. Make sure it spreads evenly. Next we’ll take our flour tortillas, stuff them with our chicken filling we set aside, give them a simple roll, no need to fold the ends in, and place them in side by side in your pan. Once they’re all in, layer with the last of your enchilada sauce, top with cheese, and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Serve them with your favorite side & top with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, etc! Follow more videos like this!
