RECIPE:
1. Marinate 200g boneless chicken with 100g dahi, lemon juice, peri peri masala, salt, chili powder, turmeric & pepper for 2 hours.
2. Heat pan, add 50ml oil and fry the chicken until cooked and slightly charred.
3. Add veggies (capsicum & cabbage), stir fry for 2–3 mins.
4. Add cooked rice, little peri peri masala, mix well and fry for 5 mins.
5. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.
