Hi everyone! I’m Amy, and today we’re making a copycat of Outback Steakhouse’s Tasmanian Chili, and this is probably the best better at home ever. This chili tastes like Tasmanian chili, but it’s thick and hearty, packed with bite-size tender morsels of beef and tomatoes, bell pepper, it’s just so good! I also put some corn muffins on the side because you gotta have corn muffins with chili! So let’s get cooking!

Nice recipe… the only thing I would do different would be to season the meat with salt and pepper before I cooked it. I like corn muffins with my chili but have you ever tried cinnamon rolls?
Interesting take on chili, no beans. Love corn muffins, but also suggestion in comments about cinnamon rolls. Yum!
