i tried dave’s hot reaper


spice wasn’t nearly as bad as i was expecting but it tasted nasty AF. not a fan of the seasoning they use.

    I didn’t find it overwhelmingly spicy but I had very bad stomach cramps most of the day, after eating it

    That’s been my experience. Like, yeah it’s hot but it tastes terrible and most of the seasoning is salt so you’re at like 1000% of your daily sodium. Gross gimick food.

    This is why I stopped getting blazing sauce at BWW since they reformulated it a couple years ago. Decently hot, but tastes awful. Wild isn’t as hot, but tastes much better. It’s the same with Dave’s.

    Doesn’t seem as dark and foreboding as the reaper usually is? Maybe it’s just lighting, but you could’ve gotten a weaker one spice-wise?

    Do agree on taste, though; extra hot was way juicier and better seasoned for me.
