

There's a restaurant in my country that makes this sauce. They call it a hot n roasted marinade and use it for their meat.
Any ideas how to make something similar in terms of thickness?

It looks like hot chicken, which uses lard cooked down into a liquid.
Personally I would say more pepper mash etc. less water/vinegar until you reach your desired consistency
