This is a really nice pepper jelly, with more heat than I’ve gotten from any other jelly (though definitely not an insane heat, more like a pleasant burn). I ate a 4oz jar of this jelly in two bites in order to be declared Queen of the Reaper. The worst part was definitely chewing two mouthfuls of jelly rather than anything to do with the heat. But when eaten in normal amounts it is very tasty!
