Decided to do a quick update from a previous post saying that the plant had a snap off from the main stem. It looks like it's recovered but I see a white spot where the cut happened.
Just want to make sure it's alright

That white spot is just the snapped stem drying out. It may turn a little browner later. You’re fine as long as it doesn’t grow fungus on it.
It’s fine, it’s scarred over. If you’ve ever pinched off (topped off) peppers, the area where you removed it is always present. Yours is just a bigger version of that method!
