Ingredients:
Karela, oil, turmeric powder, salt, panch phoron, garlic, ginger, green chili, finely chopped onion, sliced onion, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, raw mango (small sliced pieces).
Recipe:
Cut karela, add turmeric + salt and keep aside for 30 minutes. Wash and squeeze out excess water. Fry karela until lightly golden and keep aside. Heat oil, add panch phoron, garlic, ginger, green chili and finely chopped onion; sauté well. Add Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder with a splash of water and cook. Add fried karela, then add onion slices and small sliced pieces of raw mango. Add salt and garam masala, cover and cook for a few minutes. Serve hot and enjoy! 😋
