Ingredients:-

Mutton 1 kg
Sliced onion : 2 medium size
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1.5 tbs
Water 1 cup
Yogurt : 250 gram
Water : 2 cup
Salt : 1/2 tsp if needed
Coriander powder : 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
Fresh chili : 4 to 5
Dry red chili : 2-3
Coriander leaves and sliced ginger
