2nd year grower. Never seen this with my peppers

Hi, i am growing some habaneros this year and i was wondering if this is something to be concerned about. Are my pepperplants healthy?

I feed them every 2 weeks with some calmag and fishmix. They also have some bone and bloodmeal in the soil
