This may be the most delicious pot of chili I’ve ever made. The depth of flavor is incredible.
Used everything pictured in pic 3, plus salt, beef stock, and an extra half a can of crushed tomatoes.
Taste profile is an immediate note of fresh reaper pepper, then the cinnamon and dark chocolate, then the tomato and spices. The heat is a creeper on it, it’s absolutely there but it sneaks up and builds.
4 reapers for 6 servings is a lot, I would be dead… anyway looks good besides that
