In this video, I present to you special Beef Roast from my kitchen.
In a fun chat with Sreekandan Nair, the super talented singer Rimi Tomy shares her secret beef roast recipe. The dish I have prepared today is inspired from her recipe!

Recipe:

1) In a cooker add oil, beef, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, pepper powder, green chilli, tomatoes, shallots, curry leaves, salt.
2) Pressure cook until done.
3) In a pan saute sliced onions till golden brown.
4) Add ginger garlic paste, saute. Add sliced coconut, tomatoes and saute.
5) Add the cooked beef , cumin powder and garam masala.
6) Mix well and add pepper powder and fennel seed powder.
7) Roast well and enjoy with porotta or chapathi.
