Bacterial leaf spot?

I cannot catch a break this year 😩 We've been getting so much rain this season, and it's been HEAVY! Soil goes flying and has absolutely been splashing on to the lower leaves of my plants, even though I pruned 5in up from the base.

I've been noticing these dark spots on a couple of my peppers, and I'm thinking it's bacterial leaf spot? When I saw the black dots on the baby leaves and peppers like in pics 2 and 4, I initially thought mites but the spots don't move or come off when I rub.

Pest wise, I pick off an aphid occasionally but spiders have been kindly taking care of those for the most part. I HAVE also seen singular thrips but the next day, I'll check the plant I saw a thrip on again and discover that it was promptly replaced by a predatory thrip– shout out to mother nature for inventing that 🙏 Been carefully checking the leaves and I've never seen any further thrip reproduction.

Anyway if you agree in my BLS diagnosis, any suggestions on fertilizer that isn't liquid/require watering? I see that ensuring the peppers are properly fertilized is apart of treatment, but it's basically been raining for 2 weeks so I don't want to water them MORE 😭
