Is anyone else obsessed?

A disclaimer: it’s probably not up to par with what most of us in this sub consider spicy. It’s a fermented Calabrian chili spread with a mild heat, but somehow it’s completely addictive. It has this tangy, slightly pickled flavor with a warm, slow-building kick that sneaks up on you.

I’ve been putting it on scrambled eggs, avocado toast, sandwiches, cheese boards… honestly, if it sits still long enough, it’s getting a spoonful.

Please tell me I’m not the only one who has accidentally turned this condiment into a personality. trait.
