They need more room to grow, those cups do not give adequate space for anything. Would you want to live and try to grow in a cup?
I’ve been adding fertilizer weekly with my watering. Also make sure they are getting enough light (I’m about to allow mine to harden). I’m new too but that’s all I have, hoping mine are ready for outside.
