Ingredients: • Boiled & mashed potatoes – 2 • Cornflour – 3 tbsp • Salt • Pepper powder • Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp • Oil – for deep frying
Method Boil potatoes, peel, and mash very smoothly (no water). Add salt + cornflour. Mix to form a soft, non-sticky dough. Roll into small balls. Fry in medium-hot oil till golden and crispy. Drain and serve hot.
