One of my plants is being attacked by a kind of fruit fly and a good chunk of the peppers on it are affected. In a desperate move to get at least some usable peppers I harvested any good peppers that were left. I plan to not let the plant set fruit until I can get the flies under control so it doesn't waste energy growing fruit that would become unsuable.
Any recipes I could try out with these green peppers besides pickling?

roast em up and throw em in tacos
I guess those are super immature? They look very weird, what kind are they?
edit: do they taste good at all? I usually find very very immature green peppers to be bland and bitter and not really worth eating
