Aphids and broad mites. Double whammie. Not good.
aphids. spray with 50% alcohol + a pump of dish soap. come back 3 days later and do it again and they should be gone for good. other less effective solutions are just dish soap or neem (suffocation), or blasting them off the plant with water or air.
alcohol will work for mites too
Aphid – remove!
