π Ingredients:
* 250g chicken (boneless cubes)
* 2 tbsp oil
* 1 onion (chopped)
* 1 tbsp garlic paste
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp chilli sauce
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp red chilli flakes
* Salt to taste
* 1 cup water
* 1 tbsp cornflour (optional for thickness)
* Spring onions (for garnish)
π Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sautΓ© onions until golden.
2. Add garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add chicken and cook until it turns white.
4. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes.
5. Mix well and cook for 5β7 minutes.
6. Add water and let it simmer.
7. (Optional) Add cornflour slurry for thick gravy.
8. Cook until gravy thickens.
9. Garnish with spring onions.
