Hey all I’m looking to make some Mexican rice and some cilantro lime rice for a party. I need like 4 full pans worth (12lbs a pan) – which I don’t have a lot of pots and such for. Do yall have a method that you use to make bulk trays that works well?

I did a tray once and I had to make it in like 3 rounds. It took forever lol.
